Cornerstone consolidates Leadership Team with appointment of Jamie Hayes as Chief Sales and Commercial Officer

Cornerstone, a leading UK digital infrastructure provider, proudly announces the appointment of Jamie Hayes as its new Chief Sales and Commercial Officer. Bringing a wealth of experience in strategy, transformation, and commercial growth, Jamie joins Cornerstone from Boldyn Networks, where he held a senior executive position responsible for developing new capabilities, notably in the public sector business domain.

Prior to his tenure at Boldyn Networks, Jamie played pivotal roles at BT’s Enterprise Business, driving technology innovation and spearheading the Wholesale mobile network operators’ segment, managing a substantial P&L of £500m. His leadership philosophy centres on customer-centricity and operational excellence.

Jamie’s career journey spans leadership roles across Europe and the Middle East with Ericsson, and earlier career roles at Hutchison Whampoa’s Three UK business.

Beyond his professional achievements, Jamie is a dedicated family man and father to two young girls. Outside of work, Jamie is actively engaged in mentoring and coaching initiatives including ‘Be the Business’ and ‘One Million Mentors’, along with volunteering efforts for ‘Young Minds’, a prominent mental health charity.

In his new role at Cornerstone, Jamie will oversee and lead the commercial relationships with its customers, including its anchor tenants, Vodafone and VMO2. His extensive experience is poised to drive Cornerstone’s channel presence and cultivate new relationships for future growth.
