Terms & Conditions

  1. The intellectual property rights of the cornerstone.network website, its source code, design, navigational layout and items of content are owned by Cornerstone which has the exclusive rights to use these in any way it deems appropriate.
  2. Viewing, printing and partially downloading any of the website’s content is authorised solely and exclusively under the following conditions:
    • That this is compatible with the purposes of the cornerstone.network website.
    • That the information thus obtained is solely for personal and private use. Use of the website’s content for commercial purposes or for distribution, public communication, conversion or decompilation is expressly prohibited.
    • That none of the website’s content be altered in any way.
  1. Cornerstone reserves the right, at any time and without prior warning, to alter and update the information contained in the website.
  2. Cornerstone cannot guarantee that there will be no interruptions or errors in access to the website although it will aim to prevent and resolve any such interruptions and errors.
  3. Cornerstone shall not be responsible for any possible security errors which may occur nor for any possible damage to the user’s computer system (hardware and software), or to the files or documents stored therein, caused by the presence of a virus in the computer used by the user.

Cornerstone Landlord Survey Competition

  1. Promoter
    The promoter of this prize draw is Cornerstone Telecommunications Infrastructure Limited (“Cornerstone”).
  2. Eligibility
    The prize draw is open to landlords who:
    • Receive an invitation to complete the Cornerstone Landlord Survey 2025;
    • Complete the survey in full during the survey period;
    • Opt in to the prize draw within the survey; and
    • Provide a valid email address and contact telephone number. Employees of Cornerstone, its contractors, agents, suppliers (including Cluttons), and anyone professionally connected with the prize draw are not eligible to enter.
  3. How to Enter
    Entry into the prize draw is automatic once all of the following conditions are met:
    • The survey is completed in full;
    • The entrant selects the option to enter the prize draw; and
    • A valid email address and contact number are provided within the survey.
    No purchase is required to enter.
  4. Entry Period
    Entries will be accepted from the date the survey opens until the date the survey closes, as communicated in the survey invitation and reminders. Entries received after the survey closing date will not be eligible.
  5. Prizes
    There are three prizes available:
    • 1st Prize: £150 Amazon voucher
    • 2nd Prize: £100 Amazon voucher
    • 3rd Prize: £50 Amazon voucher
    Each prize consists of an Amazon voucher. No cash alternative or substitution is available.
  6. Prize Draw and Winner Selection
    All valid entries will be entered into a random prize draw. Winners will be selected at random using a fair and verifiable process after the survey has closed. The prize draw will be witnessed by an independent Cornerstone employee to ensure fairness and transparency. Survey responses, including positive or negative feedback, will have no influence on the outcome of the prize draw.
  7. Winner Notification
    Winners will be contacted using the email address or contact number provided in the survey within 14 days of the survey closing date. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, Cornerstone reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  8. Prize Fulfilment
    Amazon vouchers will be issued electronically to the winning entrants within 14 days of winner confirmation.
  9. Data Protection
    Personal data provided for the purposes of the prize draw will be used solely to administer the prize draw and to contact winners and fulfil prizes. Survey responses will be anonymised prior to analysis. Personal data provided for the prize draw will not be linked to survey responses and will be processed in accordance with Cornerstone’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
  10. General
    Cornerstone reserves the right to withdraw or amend the prize draw or these Terms and Conditions where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The prize draw and these Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. By entering the prize draw, entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
