Emergency contact

At Cornerstone, we must respond promptly to issues and incidents concerning our sites and your property. Cornerstone has a 24-hour service desk which you can call should you have an issue regarding the telecoms equipment.

On calling, please choose option 1, and you will connect to our partnering service Mitie. Please provide the operator with as much detail as possible.

Cornerstone operates a business continuity management system compliant with ISO 22301 and assessed by BSI. If a major event or issue is raised, Cornerstone will inform its Incident Management Team, led by our Chief Financial Officer. They will bring the situation under control and back to a satisfactory state.

Are you VAT registered?

We’d like to remind our landlords that if you are a VAT registered company and you have elected the site for VAT, it is important to comply with your HMRC legal obligations by sending us a VAT invoice quoting your registration number, in support of your rent payment. Without a valid VAT invoice, we are unable to pay you the related VAT that is due.
