Reactive Support Management

Our customer operations run 24x7, 365 days a year. With the support of our key partners Cornerstone ensure all aspects of our infrastructure is available and accessible at all times. Our skills and support structure allow us to provide a range of services from access issues, minor repairs through to Road Traffic Accidents and full site outages. To ensure our customers and site providers e.g. landlords needs are met promptly and efficiently we are able to support specific services for power, security, accessibility, enclosures, structures, heat management and vermin control to name but a few.

Emergency Response and Support

Cornerstone works closely with its customers and site providers to ensure they can support and positively impact Disaster Recovery Management. This can range from a single site emergency response, such as a Vehicle Impact Damage, thefts and vandalism through to major incidents such as flooding, fire, weather impact, etc. Cornerstone has developed processes for the implementation of Stand-by Support Functions for potential emergency issues such as high temperatures, expected high rainfall, etc. In addition Cornerstone has developed fast-track mobilization plans for unforeseen emergencies to support both customers and site providers.

Planned Maintenance

Cornerstone has extensive experience and expertise in Property and Estates Management and works continually to keep our infrastructure in prime condition for our customers and site providers. With an ongoing process of site inspections, certification, regular maintenance, planned repair and replacement we work tirelessly to keep our infrastructure performing to its optimum availability.

Compliance with statutory obligations

Cornerstone take site and infrastructure management and Health and Safety extremely seriously. We are committed to a regular routine of testing, inspection and certification of key infrastructure elements to ensure we not only comply with legislation and industry best practice but exceed it. Covering all elements of telecom site infrastructure with key specialist partners we can and do cover fall arrest systems, electrical testing and certification, lightning protection, fire and intruder alarms, mechanical equipment, etc.

Equipment Refresh

All telecom infrastructure has a limited life expectancy. Even though Cornerstone has an extensive maintain and repair regime to keep its infrastructure in the best possible condition, it will inevitably require replacement when it reaches its end of life. Cornerstone has regular and ongoing reviews of the equipment deployed across our estate to identify obsolete, aged and otherwise end of life equipment and complete planned upgrade and replacement programs. This continual maintain, repair, review and replace strategy is a key factor to maintaining our infrastructure estate to provide the best possible experience for our customers and landlords.

Customer/landlord interface

Cornerstone are aware that from time to time both our customers will require to carry out works on our sites and our landlords will want to complete maintenance or development works on their property. Cornerstone have dedicated teams in place to ensure smooth communications between all parties. Where works is extensive, we will facilitate any support activities required, such as planned outages, etc, to ensure compliance with relevant Health and Safety requirements.
