Our customer support levels cover the full spectrum from initial site design through to ready for customer equipment install (IC&I). Using both in-house expertise and strategic partners we provide a full end to end service to our Customers. 

New site build

From initial site design through to ready for customer equipment install (IC&I) Cornerstone provides an excellent level of service that enables our customers to install their telecom equipment. Our service offering includes design and Technical Expertise, Project and Program Management through to Cost Control and Site Handover. Covering skill sets from Groundworks, Mechanical and Electrical, Structural, Power Facilitation and Logistics, Cornerstone offer a complete Site Infrastructure Package for our customers.


In the world of telecoms technology Cornerstone knows what is needed to ensure our customers' equipment remains leading edge. We do this by supporting our customers with a full range of Infrastructure Upgrade Services that maintains their equipment to its best condition. This can range from simple minor upgrades to support services to full site redesigns and structural strengthening works. Whatever our customers changing demands Cornerstone has the support team to assist and facilitate.

Site share

With the ongoing developments and importance of the connected world, Cornerstone is aware of their environmental responsibilities. With this in mind we provide a full site sharing service to all potential customers that increases their coverage capacity whilst keeping mast numbers to a minimum.

Lift and shift

Cornerstone is keen to develop, foster and maintain long term relationships with their landlords. We know that over time their requirements for their property may change. For example where a landlord needs to carry out maintenance or development in an area on which Cornerstone and our customers' equipment is installed. We support them through our ‘Lift and Shift’ team. They provide a continued presence on-site, enabling our landlords to carry out their work whilst maintaining our customers' coverage requirements. Should a relocation on an existing site become impractical then in consultation with our landlord and customers we will find alternative locations to maintain the coverage needed.


Inevitably in a changing telecoms environment some sites are no longer required. Working very closely with our customers and landlords, Cornerstone efficiently removes any sites that are not needed.

Customer equipment

Using in-house expertise and strategic partners Cornerstone offer a full end to end customer service of Project, Program and Cost Management Services. These are used for the installation, commissioning, integration, upgrade and decommissioning of Active Element Equipment deployed on sites.
