Miranda Van Gestel

Miranda brings a wealth of Brand, Marketing and Operations experience, with a deep passion for both customers and technology.

Her career began at Virgin, where she was part of the pioneering team that established the first MVNO, Virgin Mobile, in the UK and internationally. Her journey in telecoms continued with roles at Vodafone, Orange, and BT Global Services, where she led Customer Operations and BPO and served as Vice President of Service Operations.

Her career took her to the Middle East where she joined Aetna International, a division of CVS Health, the world’s largest healthcare solutions company, as Global Head of Marketing, Brand, Communications and Customer Experience.

After 10 years in Healthcare and Financial services, Miranda returned to the telecoms industry, joining Cornerstone in 2023. She leads the Customer Office, incorporating Brand, Marketing, Communications and Customer Experience.
