Coinciding with the launch of our new brand from CTIL to Cornerstone, it marks the beginning of a very dynamic phase in the mobile infrastructure market in the UK.
In the last newsletter, I talked about the changes to the Digital Economy Act, which we have experienced over the past year. We have been working hard to address some industry uncertainty on what the revised legislation means. Through your engagement, we have made progress on how the mechanics of the legislation helps improve mobile connectivity across the country. This has resulted in a number of recently agreed consensual deals with some of our landlords based on the new Code legislation. It’s a positive sign of how the Code is starting to be accepted as the way forward to conclude site deals.
