We recently carried out a bi-annual survey. Thank you to all our landlords who participated in giving your feedback. We do consider your comments and suggestions seriously and look at how we can address them. Take a look at how we are actioning some of the results.

We asked, “How would you rate Cornerstone in fulfilling the Landlord Pledge?”

90% of our landlords rated us as Acceptable, Good or Very Good. To help improve this, we have carried out training with our suppliers, which reminds them of their commitment to the Landlord Pledge.

We asked, “How would you rate us in attending to queries in a timely manner?”

To help improve this, we are looking at the possibility of using new systems, and we also have a commitment from our estates management partner, Cluttons, who must respond to your initial queries within two days and attempt to solve your query within five days. If the query needs longer to be resolved, Cluttons will keep you updated regularly.

We asked, “How would you rate us in our communication about site visits?”

You may already be aware of Locken, our new digital solution for improving the security and access to our sites. This new solution will help improve our communication about site visits. We have already upgraded over 6500 of our sites with the Locken solution and are due to complete this across our estate by Autumn 2024. We’d also like to remind you that you can advise us of any specific information our contractors need to know about accessing your site. We will accordingly record this in our system and make them aware. For any site access issues you may encounter, please visit www.cornerstone.network/report-site-issues
