Chief People Officer

Ginette joined Cornerstone in October 2016 and is responsible for People, Brand, Communications and Facilities while bringing a strong generalist background and specific expertise in leading change and people development.

She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a graduate from Brunel University, has an MA in Human Resource Management from Buckingham Chilterns University and is an accredited test user in occupational personality and ability assessments.

Ginette previously worked in several Human Resource roles in organisations across a range of sectors including Optical Retail, Water Industry, Card Processing, and Banking.
