Director of Property and Estates and General Counsel

Belinda joined Cornerstone in January 2015 as Director of Property and Estates, General Counsel and Company Secretary. From 31st August 2022 until January 2023, while Cornerstone finalised the recruitment of a permanent successor, Belinda led Cornerstone as Interim CEO, reporting to the Board of Directors. She has been instrumental in leading programmes including our response to changes in the Code, which have transformed Cornerstone and the Tower industry in the UK. She is also responsible for all aspects of Legal, Compliance and Property and Estates, including new site acquisitions outside London and managing the relationship with landlords and other key site providers.

Belinda is a qualified lawyer and started her career as a commercial property lawyer in private practice before moving into the in-house environment focusing on the retail industry and the roll-out of large development projects. Belinda then moved into telecoms, working for H3G before moving to MBNL, the joint venture between 3 UK and EE.
